Early January you will receive your kit for the retreat in the mail.  There will be a bit of prep work that does need to be done before the start of the retreat.

As part of signing up for the Retreat, you will also get a FREE introductory class.  In class, you will be able to get a feel of my teaching style as well as get ready for the retreat.

The intro class is on Monday January 23 from 9a - 11a PST.  This class will be recorded.

The Zoom link for the class will be posted under your library January 1, 2023
